Funding Policy
The Eurasian Journal of Science and Engineering (EAJSE) is committed to transparency regarding research funding and financial support related to the manuscripts it publishes. This policy ensures that all financial contributions are disclosed to maintain the integrity and credibility of the research.
- Disclosure of Funding
Authors are required to clearly disclose any financial support received for the research described in their manuscript. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Grants from governmental agencies, foundations, or research councils.
- Support from commercial organizations, industry, or private institutions.
- Any other form of financial assistance that contributed to the research.
The funding information should be included in a separate Funding Statement section within the manuscript. If no funding was received, authors should explicitly state: “The authors received no specific funding for this work.”
- Editorial Independence
EAJSE ensures that editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently of any funding sources. Financial support or sponsorship does not influence acceptance, evaluation, or publication of manuscripts.
- Transparency in Publication
Funding statements will be published alongside the article to provide readers with clear information about financial support and potential conflicts of interest.
- Compliance with Funding Agencies
Authors must comply with any requirements from funding bodies regarding acknowledgment, open access, or reporting. Failure to disclose funding appropriately may lead to corrections, retractions, or other editorial actions.
- Conflicts of Interest
Authors should also disclose any potential conflicts of interest arising from funding, including financial relationships that could influence the research outcome or interpretation.
