Data Sharing Policy
EAJSE encourages transparency, reproducibility, and ethical research practices. Authors are expected to make the data supporting their findings available in a clear and accessible manner, unless restricted by legal, ethical, or confidentiality obligations.
Authors should deposit research data, datasets, code, or other relevant materials in reputable public repositories when possible. The submission must include a Data Availability Statement that specifies where the data can be accessed, provides repository links, outlines access conditions, and includes any necessary explanations regarding restrictions.
If data cannot be shared due to privacy, security, or proprietary constraints, authors must clearly explain the reasons in the Data Availability Statement.
All shared data should comply with applicable regulations, including participant privacy protections, copyright rules, and institutional or funder requirements.
EAJSE does not require authors to submit raw data with their manuscripts, but may request supporting materials during the review process to verify research integrity.
By promoting responsible data sharing, EAJSE supports openness, reproducibility, and the advancement of scientific knowledge.
