Decision-Making Policy

EAJSE follows a structured and transparent editorial decision-making process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and high academic standards.

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for overseeing the overall editorial workflow. Upon submission, the Editor-in-Chief assigns each manuscript to an Editor with appropriate subject expertise. The assigned Editor oversees the peer-review process, including reviewer selection, communication with reviewers, and evaluation of reviewer feedback.

After the completion of peer review, the Editor conducts an independent assessment of the manuscript, considering reviewer reports, research quality, and alignment with the journal’s scope. The final decision—acceptance, revision, or rejection—is made jointly by the Editor and the Editor-in-Chief to ensure balanced judgment and consistency with the journal’s editorial standards.

This collaborative decision-making framework safeguards the integrity of the publication process, ensuring that all manuscripts receive unbiased and rigorous evaluation.
