Terms and Conditions statements for Registered Users in Submission System

 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Eurasian Journal of Science and Engineering submission system as a registered user. By accessing and using the submission system, you agree to accept by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please abstain from using the submission system.

A. User Account

-You must create a registered user account to access and use the submission system as an author, reviewer, or reader.

-You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

-You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.

-You must not share your account credentials with any other individuals or entities.

B. Submission Guidelines

-All submissions must adhere to the Journal's guidelines and scope. It is essential to see go through these guidelines before submitting your manuscript.

-You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that it is original, accurate, and not in violation of any copyright or intellectual property rights. Later on you will be responsible for being blacklisted in the journal if the journal authority realizes such unethical facts.

C. Review and Publication

-Submission of an article does not guarantee its acceptance or publication in the Journal. The rejected papers will not be considered for the further rounds if the author submit it again.

-The review process is subject to the Journal's policies and editorial decisions, which are final. You are informed that reviewing process takes at least 3 months, and the total process takes at least 4 months to make a final decision for a submission.

D. Code of Conduct

-You agree to engage in respectful and professional control when using the submission system.

-You must not engage in any form of provocation, spamming, or other disruptive behavior.

E. Data Privacy

-The information you provide during registration and submission will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

-We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent. You should know that the journal may assign authors as reviewer for related papers if the journal needs.

F. Intellectual Property

-By submitting content to the Journal, you grant the Journal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content.

-You preserve ownership of the intellectual property rights to your submitted content.

G. Limitation of Liability

-The Journal and its partners are not legally responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the submission system.

H. Changes to Terms

-The Journal reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

-Registered users will be notified of any significant changes to these Terms, but they are responsible to follow the changes and corrections by clicking on the terms and conditions link during the registration.

I. Termination

-The Journal reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

J. Governing Law

-These Terms are governed by and taken in accordance with the laws of Tishk International University, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
